Silvia Steinhoff

Silvia Steinhoff

Educator

My name is Silvia. I was born and raised bilingually (Spanish–German) in Buenos Aires. With dedication, love and solid training, I have spent many years supporting children and families as they grow and develop. For me, Quijote is a warm, family-like place where every child is respected, supported and cared for with joy and affection – helping them unfold their talents and strengths, and holding them where they need it most.

Mercedes Clemente Castro

Mercedes Clemente Castro

Trained caregiver

My name is Mercedes and I'm from Peru. Thanks to my many years of experience as an educator, I awaken a love of learning in young children. What I enjoy most is witnessing the children's development and growth. The family atmosphere in the group and the close contact with parents enrich my daily work.

Evelyn Khazen de Kaleta

Evelyn Khazen de Kaleta

Trained caregiver

My name is Evelyn and I'm from Venezuela. As a childcare worker, I accompany the children with love, dedication and joy through every stage of their development. My warm, patient and empathetic nature helps me create an atmosphere of trust and security. Through play, creativity and learning, I nurture joy, well-being and values that will stay with the children for life. I'm proud to be part of the Quijote team and to share its passion for education.
